Export failures now distinguish conditions an AP operator can correct from conditions that need integration support. The invoice shows useful recovery guidance while internal adapter transport detail stays out of the customer-facing message.

When reviewing Insights, open supporting records before acting on a total. For a failed export, follow the action on the invoice and include the visible message when contacting support.
