Fields reflect how your company works

The labels, required fields, lists, and editing options you see can differ by company. Use the fields Clerked presents instead of expecting every company to have the same setup.

Lists keep records consistent

Choose GL accounts, dimensions, vendors, and other listed values from their picker. This connects the invoice to the correct record even when two options have similar names.

Custom does not mean arbitrary

Custom fields and dimensions still follow your company’s setup and connected system. Administrators manage them in Settings, and everyone else works with the fields that appear.
