Navigate the Agents workspace

Open Clerked's processing agents, custom agents, run history, and the guidance platform agents can use.

Start from the agent list

Open Agents from the sidebar. Clerked’s built-in Invoice Processing and Email Processing agents appear here when they are available for the current company. Custom agent definitions appear in the same workspace when your company has access.

Select an agent to open its details and available run history. Platform agents also have a memory library. Custom agents do not have a memory library. The controls depend on whether Clerked or your organization manages that agent and on your permissions.

Understand what you can change

• Platform agents run Clerked’s core invoice and email processing. You can review their purpose and maintain approved memories when your role allows it.
• Custom agents may appear when your company already has access. They cannot change business records in this release.
• View-only access lets you inspect an agent without changing instructions, memories, or active state.

Verify agent work

Open a run to read its status and output. A completed run does not prove that a business record changed. Check the affected record’s Activity before treating a reported change as complete. Historical custom-agent proposals cannot be executed.

If New agent is missing, custom-agent authoring is not enabled for your role or current company.
