Log in to Mod AI
Mod AI is a web application. You access it at platform.usemod.ai. This page covers your first login, password setup, and the common things that go wrong.
Before you start
Someone in your organization (an admin or manager) needs to invite you before you can log in. If you have not received an invitation, check your spam folder, then ask your admin to resend. See Accepting an Invitation for what the invitation flow looks like.
Log in
- Open platform.usemod.ai in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge — latest version).
- The Sign in page loads. Click into the Email field at the top of the form and type your full email address (the one your invitation went to).
- Click into the Password field below Email. Type your password. You can click the small Show password icon (eye icon) on the right end of the field if you want to check what you typed.
- Click the purple Sign in button at the bottom of the form.
If the email and password are correct, the platform logs you in and you land on the Dashboard. If they're wrong, an error message appears under the password field.
After you log in you land on the Dashboard.
Bookmark platform.usemod.ai so you do not have to type the URL.
Set your password
The first time you accept an invitation, you create a password. The platform requires:
- At least 8 characters.
- One uppercase letter.
- One lowercase letter.
- One number.
- One special character.
Pick a strong password you do not reuse anywhere else.
Reset a forgotten password
- Open platform.usemod.ai in your browser. The Sign in page loads.
- Click the Forgot password? link beneath the password field on the right side.
- The Reset password page loads. Type your email address into the field.
- Click the purple Send reset link button.
- Switch to your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and look for an email from
@usemod.aiwith the subject Reset your Mod AI password. Open it. - Click the Reset password link inside the email. It opens a Set New Password page in your browser.
- Type your new password twice (Password + Confirm password), then click the primary Update password button.
When the update succeeds, you're redirected to the Sign in page with your email pre-filled. Enter your new password to log in.
Reset links expire after a short time. If yours expired, run through the steps again to get a fresh one.
Supported browsers
Mod AI runs in any modern browser. Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Internet Explorer is not supported. Switch to one of the browsers above.
If something goes wrong
- If the password reset email never arrives, check spam first. If it is still missing after a few minutes, ask your admin to confirm the email address on your account, or write support@usemod.ai.
- If login throws an error, check that the email is spelled correctly and that you are using the latest password (especially after a reset).
- If your account is temporarily locked from multiple failed attempts, wait a few minutes and try again, or reset the password.
