Connect or reconnect your ERP
ERP setup and reconnection are handled with your Clerked contact or support because each connector has different credentials and data operations.
Before you start
Gather the information that identifies the connection:
- The ERP product and company name
- The Clerked company affected
- Whether this is a new connection, a credential change, or a connection problem
- An example record identifier if data is missing or different
Do not send passwords, access tokens, or secret keys in an ordinary support message. Follow the secure credential instructions your Clerked contact provides.
Request the connection work
- Contact your Clerked contact or support.
- State the ERP product and Clerked company.
- Explain whether you need setup, a credential change, or reconnection.
- Describe the inbound and outbound records your AP process requires.
- Follow the connector-specific access steps supplied by Clerked.
- Confirm with your Clerked contact which data operations are enabled after setup.
What you should see
After Clerked confirms the connection, the configured ERP data becomes available in the parts of Clerked that use it. The exact records and export behavior depend on the connector.
The Settings > Integrations page is not an ERP status page. It currently shows an Email card with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailbox options.
If something goes wrong
- If reference data is missing, send the ERP record identifier, the Clerked company, and what you expected to see.
- If an export fails, include the invoice number and the full customer-facing error message.
- If credentials changed in the ERP, tell your Clerked contact before retrying so they can check the connector configuration.
